INTRODUCTION
Hilor, a joint venture between Hawkins and Laing O’Rourke from Sydney, were contracted to electrify the Auckland rail network in preparation for the impending arrival of electric trains. We were commissioned by Hilor to prepare, update, report & monitor the construction programme.
