INTRODUCTION
The Ballance Agri Nutrients plant takes natural gas from Kapuni and converts it initially to ammonia and then to urea for fertilizer. We were commissioned by CAB (Clough, Amec, Beca) to prepare the programme for the regular 2 yearly shut down for maintenance and to daily monitor and report on the programme during the shutdown.
