INTRODUCTION
In conjunction with Waterview Tunnel project the motorway from Waterview to Te Atatu needed to be upgraded and widened to include a busway and three to four lanes each way and an upgraded cycleway/ footpath. We were commissioned by the SH16 Causeway Alliance to prepare and monitor the construction programme for the works.
