INTRODUCTION
Downer were commissioned by Watercare to upgrade all the water filters at Ardmore and Huia water treatment plants. Due to Auckland’s water demands only a few of the filters could be worked on at any one time. We were commissioned by Downer to prepare the tender and construction programmes and to monitor and report on the construction programme.
