INTRODUCTION
Precinct Properties have redeveloped the Downtown Shopping Centre area in Lower Queen Street Auckland. Fletcher Construction commissioned us to prepare and maintain the contract programme during the early stages of this project.
The project includes part of the City Rail Link (under the basement level), demolition and rebuilding of the Downtown Shopping Centre and a new office tower.
