INTRODUCTION
Arrow International were contracted to undertake a major revamp of the Eastgate Shopping Centre at Linwood in Christchurch. We were commissioned by Arrow to prepare a detailed construction programme which included a staged refurbishment of the Countdown supermarket. We monitored, updated and reported on this programme to keep the project on track.
