INTRODUCTION
Fletcher were contracted to build a new Acute Services building at Auckland Hospital. We spent about six months on the project to monitor, update and report on the construction programme. Concurrently we were commissioned by two of the fitout subcontractors - Aspec Construction and Haydn and Rollett to prepare and update their detailed fitout programmes.
