INTRODUCTION
Fletchers are building a new integrated family healthcare facility (IFHC) next to the existing Grey Base Hospital for the West Coast District Health Board. During the COVID19 lockdown we were commissioned by Fletcher to revise the programme to assist with expediting the hospital project completion.
