INTRODUCTION
Hawkins Construction were contracted to build a hotel complex as part of the first stage of the Kawarau Falls development on Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu Queenstown. We were commissioned initially by Melview Developments then latterly by the project managers for the receivers for Melview to monitor and report on the contractor’s construction programme.
