INTRODUCTION
The Pearl project entailed the construction of a new marina, construction of a new hotel building to be followed by the refurbishment of the existing hotel. We were commissioned by Speedy Hero Development to prepare the overall programme for the development then latterly to monitor, and report on the contractor’s programme.
